It’s official! We are excited to share a sneak peak of #ReBootTheGuardianCode! The show is a cool mix of live action and awesome animation about the adventures of four teenagers who become the Next-Generation Guardians of Cyberspace with the help of an artificially intelligent bio-constructed teenage girl. This Netflix Original Series debuts worldwide on March 30th, stay tuned for dates in Canada!
While we have our first glimpse of Megabyte, I do wonder will this show be worth really anything. It kind of pulls from the original charm of the first series by introducing the human element to it. I guess I will hold judgement till the show finally hits Netflix on March 30th. Until then I plan on binge watching the original series. We are providing a link to the original series on DVD for those who do not own it yet! But still no sight of Enzo, Dot or Bob.
OMG!
I’m gonna be 58 (!) years old when this drops.
I’m so excited. I watched the series faithfully with my three kids after being transfixed by a glimpse of the show on TV in the early ’90s.
I’m the dad who actually cried a couple of times — the writing was that good, and the characters spoke to a wide-eyed optimism in me, probably a result of the moon landing and an awesome mom who took me to 2001: A Space Odyssey when it came to the theatre the first time.
Seeing a Bob, Dot, or Enzo would be a lovely homage to the original, but if Frisket goes by in the background, I’m gonna need a tissue!
Hahahah! This looks fucking terrible. Could you imagine Reboot turned into some cheap Power Rangers rip-off? But seriously, where’s the trailer for the real show?
