Now Aggressors, you know I am waiting for this series with barely contained enthusiasm and it seems that Brian Fuller, the showrunner, is genuinely trying to make me die of happiness.

American Gods will star Ricky Whittle (The 100) as Shadow Moon, Ian McShane (Deadwood, Game of Thrones) as Mr. Wednesday, and Emily Browning (A Series of Unfortunate Events, Sucker Punch) as Laura Moon – Shadow’s dead/undead wife. American Gods is the story of Gods and Goddesses battling over the psychic territory of belief in modern America and the lengths one will go in order to be worshiped. The Starz series is based on Neil Gaiman’s Hugo Award winning novel of the same title (reading it or getting the 10th anniversary audio book will definitely be worth your while, trust me) and Gaiman has been extensively consulted on the creation and production of the show.
