Autumn is our favorite time of year and has so many amazing flavors to go along with it. Pumpkin, caramel, Halloween candy, you name it. But while October has many delicious things to offer, we thought we’d make a cocktail in favor of our favorite Autumn treat: caramel apples! Enjoy this caramel apple cocktail on a breezy fall afternoon.
INGREDIENTS:
- Apple cider
- Spiced rum
- Whipped cream vodka
- Caramel dip
- Crushed peanuts
- Cinnamon stick
STEP ONE
Take a glass (we love using mason jars), turn it upside down, and dip the rim into caramel dip.
STEP TWO
Dip the caramel covered rim into crushed peanuts so that the entire rim is covered.
STEP THREE
Fill a glass with ice. Fill about three fourths of the glass with apple cider.
STEP FOUR
Add three ounces of spiced rum (we used Captain Morgan).
STEP FIVE
Add 1.5 ounces of whipped cream vodka (we used Pinnacle).
STEP SIX
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
